There’s nothing that says comfort food quite like a casserole! In this class we will cover classic American cuisine with a focus on Mid-Century recipes (cream of mushroom soup, anyone?) but with a modern vegan twist. Break out your apron and that Pyrex casserole dish!  Meal provided.
