Learn about the different types of flours and techniques used in gluten free baking, and how to craft delicious and nutritious baked goods from scratch. As a bonus, you will learn vegan baking techniques as well! Chef Stacey will finalize the menu on the day of, but ideas of what you might bake include: chocolate quinoa cupcakes with chocolate sweet potato frosting, apple ginger muffins, oatmeal raspberry bars, strawberry & spice crumb cake, coconut macaroons and/or a "raw" pumpkin pecan pie.
