Join us for a hands-on foray into the wonderful world of food in jars - pickles, chutneys, jams, and more!   Marisa McClellan, Philadelphia-based author and blogger behind Food in Jars, will share samples of her many culinary creations, and lead you through four different recipes, using both lacto-fermentation and water bath canning techniques, highlighting seasonal fruits and veggies.  You will bring home a jar of each one!  Feel free to bring a light dish to share for the after-hour lunch potluck at 2pm.  Marisa will also be selling and signing copies of her three cookbooks.  Includes snacks. Instructor: Marisa McClellan. $70.
