Eating with the Season

Changing the foods you eat to accompany the appropriate season helps keep your body healthy and in tune to the rhythms of nature.  In this class you will learn about seasonal eating and which foods are best to support your body in autumn and towards the transition to winter.  You will cook a variety of meals using local produce such as apples, root veggies, broccoli, brussels sprouts, greens, pumpkins and more. As well, you will learn how to make fall beverages and spice blends.  Let's cozy up in the Pod kitchen and get ready for fall cooking!
