Acorn Workshop

A truly “locally grown” nut, the acorn cannot be eaten raw, but must go through some processing before it can be made into a nutritious flour that can be used in many dishes. You will learn how to tell a “good” acorn from a “bad” one, how to process acorns using tools you already have, and how to make and cook with acorn flour.
