Vegan Sushi Class

Maki, nigiri, and everything in between! In this class you will learn the basic techniques for making vegan sushi as well as a variety of recipes for plant based sushi both classic and new. Recipes include futomaki, inari, nigiri, and oshizushi. Taught by a 4th generation sushi maker, this class will equip you with the skills and knowledge on how to effortlessly make sushi at home. Each participant will receive a sushi mat to take home. This class will show you that sushi is fun, easy, and a great way to entertain. Hands-on. BYOB. $70. Instructor: Alex Pine
