A Winter's Morning Sound Bath on the Farm

We invite you to Frinklepod Farm for a magical morning of relaxation and rejuvenation! You'll be greeted with some breakfast snacks (GF & plant-based) and tea before we head outside for a refreshing walk through the woods and fields of the farm. Upon returning, we will get settled in in the peaceful upstairs space of The Pod for a special sound bath.

Led by sound and Reiki healer Rachel Rivera – a classically trained musician and opera singer – this hour-long, semi-private session will feature Rachel’s intuitively guided sound baths and sound meditations by playing crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, a Shruti box, and a variety of other instruments as she weaves her voice throughout the session, creating a “Surround Sound” experience.

Yoga mats are provided but you are encouraged to bring your own, as well as a bolster or pillow for your head and a blanket, if you wish.
