WELCOME BACK TO SNAGGLEBITES CAFÉ + SOFT SERVE!

This summer, Snagglebites is growing into something new: a seasonal farm café + soft serve destination designed to bring people together through thoughtfully crafted drinks, oat-based soft serve, seasonal treats, + simple moments of joy. Last summer, many of you (re)discovered us through our vegan soft serve swirls and community pop-up events. This year, we’re expanding the menu and opening earlier to create a relaxed daytime café experience rooted in quality ingredients, creativity, and the slower rhythms of summer at the farm.

Whether you’re stopping by for a morning iced latte, an afternoon swirl after camp, fresh squeezed lemonade on a hot day, or Lovebirds Donuts with friends on a Saturday morning, we hope Snagglebites becomes part of your summer ritual.

Plus, select Sundays during the Frinklepod Farm Pop-Up Markets (12–4 PM):

We’ll be serving a carefully curated menu of handcrafted drinks, including:

Espresso drinks (hot + iced)

Coffee, tea + chai (hot + iced)

Matcha (hot + iced)

Homemade seasonal syrups

Fresh-squeezed organic lemonades

SOFT SERVE RETURNS!

Of course, the swirls are back! Our oat-based soft serve is still dairy-free and full of nostalgic summer goodness, available in Chocolate, Vanilla, + Twist. We’ll also have our toppings, sundaes, seasonal specials, and plenty of returning favorites (oh, my!)

SATURDAY DONUTS!

Beginning June 20, we’re thrilled to welcome back our collaboration with Lovebirds Donuts. Fresh donuts will be available Saturdays only while supplies last. Come early because they disappear quickly!

Snagglebites Café + Soft Serve was created with a simple hope: to make a small space where people can pause for a moment in the middle of a busy world.

A good drink. A cold swirl. A conversation at a picnic table. A quiet morning at the farm.
