A Twilight Sound Bath on the Farm
We invite you to Frinklepod Farm for a magical evening of relaxation and rejuvenation! We'll start at a twilight campfire with a warming treat* and tea and the option to do a self-guided meditative walk through the woods and fields of the farm. Upon returning, we will get settled into the peaceful upstairs space of The Pod for a special sound bath.
Led by sound and Reiki healer Rachel Rivera – a classically trained musician and opera singer – this hour-long, semi-private session will feature Rachel’s intuitively guided sound baths and sound meditations by playing crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, a Shruti box, and a variety of other instruments as she weaves her voice throughout the session, creating a “Surround Sound” experience.
*Treat will be GF and vegan.
What to bring: A light blanket in case you get cold and a favorite yoga mat and/or bolster if you’d like. Yoga mats and zero-gravity chairs are provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat.
