  • 244 Log Cabin Road Arundel, Maine 04046 (map)

Let's explore plant diversity, protein, fiber & fermented foods through education, tasting, and farm connection.

Rooted Nourishment: A Two-Part Intensive

With Elyse Emery, NTP — Founder of Melua Wellness

A grounded, real-life approach to eating well.

True nourishment isn’t about food rules or perfection — it’s about understanding how what we eat supports the living ecosystem of our bodies, shaping daily vitality and long-term health. This two-session experience explores the core pillars of nourishment through practical education, guided taste testing, and open conversation.

Part I — Building the Foundation
May 2 | 10am-12
Plant Diversity + Protein

An introduction to the Muscles, Microbes, and Metabolism methodology, with a focus on how plant diversity and protein support strength, energy, and overall function.

Part II — Supporting the System
May 9 | 10am-12
Fiber + Fermented Foods

A deeper dive into gut health, exploring how fiber and fermented foods support digestion, immunity, and long-term resilience. Includes recap and closing Q&A.

Each gathering includes focused nutrition education, guided taste testing, and a walk through the farm — a reminder that nourishment begins not just on our plates, but in our relationship with the environments that feed us.

Participants will leave with a clear, grounded approach to nourishment rooted in real food and everyday living.
