Farm members are invited to shop the seedling sale one day early for both cool-loving and warm-loving plants.
How Does the Seedling Sale Work?
Seedlings are available beginning April 25th, starting with cold-tolerant plants, with warm-loving plants becoming available 5/20 (subject to change due to weather/temps). The main seedling sale ends early/mid June, but some varieties will be available throughout the summer.
Please bring your own box or crate for transporting your seedlings home. We also sell cardboard trays if you need one.
When you arrive at the farm, you will see the seedlings set up for sale. Please take a purchase form and pen, available at the entry, to mark the seedlings you’re taking as you go along.
Feel free to take pictures of the signage throughout the sale to help when planting or harvesting your crops!
When you have finished selecting your seedlings, please leave them outside or in your car while you bring your purchase form into the farm store to pay.
Inside the store, we have a wide selection of organic seeds from High Mowing Seeds and Bhoomi Devi Seeds. We also offer bagged soil and compost from Coast of Maine and bulk compost from Casella.
Bring your seedlings home to plant and when you are done, please return the plastic pots in the drop-off area outside the store so we can reuse them next year. Thank you!
